Emotional Intelligence For Leaders
A comprehensive 12-month program for managers and executives including stress reduction and development of emotional intelligence (EI). We help companies increase profits by working with their executive teams. Studies show a high correlation between the emotional and social intelligence (EI) of company leaders and their profits.*
Jacqueline uses the Hay Group’s EI assessment tool to assess the emotional and social intelligence of her clients' executive teams and identify areas for growth. She then teaches them how to reduce stress through her Conscious Success program which, by design, increases their emotional and social intelligence.
Executives further develop their EI through on-going coaching and evaluations which are conducted 12 months later to measure progress and identify any additional areas for growth.
Results:
- Reduced stress for leaders and their employees (see above results)
- Greater effectiveness in management skills
- 20% increase in revenue for every 10% increase in service climate*
- 20-30% increase in business performance**
- Exceed productivity goals
- Greater profits
- Higher sales

Importance of Emotional Intelligence For Career Growth:
Talent Management's website reported results of a Spring 2011 survey conducted by CareerBuilder. In the survey, 2,600 hiring managers and HR professionals were asked about the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) in hiring decisions.
- 34% reported they value EI in hiring and promotional decisions
- 71% said they value EI over IQ
- 59% would not hire someone with low EI and high IQ
- 75% said they would choose the candidate with higher EI for promotion
They reported employees with high emotional intelligence having the following important skills for success:
- Are more likely to stay calm under pressure.
- Know how to resolve conflict effectively.
- Are empathetic to their team members and react accordingly.

*For every 10% improvement in the service climate, there is a 20% increase in revenue. ~Presented at the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations by Lyle Spencer, Cambridge, MA April 19, 2001
**The climate–how people feel about working at a company–can account for 20-30 percent of business performance. Roughly 50-70% of how employees perceive their organization’s climate can be traced to the actions of the leaders.
