The two training sessions include:

- Increase focus in all situations – Utilize exercises to focus clearly as situations change throughout the day
- Session 2
- Productively handle difficult situations – Learn a process for managing difficult situations to create optimal outcomes
- Act with clarity and purpose – Incorporate Seven Actions of Conscious Success to increase the effort and quality of work from this new awareness
