- During the Program
- Program sessions and homework to reinforce techniques
- Personal check-in between classes
- Reinforcement After the Program
- Personal follow-up message one week later with hints/tips and to allow the opportunity for questions and answers
- Weekly newsletter with tips, techniques and reminders
- Monthly half hour web cast to further reinforce techniques and offer opportunity for Q&A
- Participants receive their own 'personal commitment letter' three months after the program to reinforce behavior changes
