Jacqueline Brodnitzki, PresidentJacqueline combines over 15 years of corporate management and training expertise with nine years of teaching and coaching of mindfulness and stress reduction techniques to help companies reduce employee stress and increase focus, productivity, and the bottom-line. Earlier in her career, she spent over 15 years working with Fortune 100 Companies while employed by Hewitt and New York Life Retirement Plan Services (NYLIM). She served as a Trainer, Consultant, held various management roles and was Vice President of Client Services where she created the relationship management function to manage the overall relationship for NYLIM's Retirement Plan clients. Her staff of Relationship Managers, who handled over 200 client relationships across the United States coordinating a broach range of services, consistently received the highest client satisfaction ratings on third party surveys. Jacqueline is accredited by the Hay Group to consult with companies based on their Emotional and Social Intelligence Competency Instrument. Jacqueline has published a book and Meditation CD and also speaks at various conferences and events. She is a member of:
Julie is a senior human resources professional who has devoted her career to helping people achieve their professional goals. Julie has more than 20 years of experience creating performance improvement programs. Her passion for working with individuals and organizations to enhance communications and build emotional intelligence stems from a deeply rooted belief in the benefits of self-awareness and interpersonal collaboration. Julie is also a Senior Consultant with ClearRock, Inc., an executive coaching and outplacement firm, where she facilitates individual and group sessions to guide clients through career transitions. Julie uses her knowledge of meditation, mindfulness and breathing practices to help her clients decrease stress and increase their interpersonal skills to make more effective career transitions. Earlier in her career Julie served as the Manager of Training and Development for the Shipley Company and as a Senior Consultant for The Wilson Group. She began her career as a consultant with The HayGroup, an internationally renowned human resources consulting firm in Boston. Julie has an MBA from Boston College and a BA from the University of Colorado in Boulder. |
